Who this is about
This site belongs to STUDIO_NAME, a website design and management service based in Liverpool. If you have any questions about your information, contact me any time via the contact page.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me through the contact form: your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. That's it — there are no accounts, logins, or hidden trackers.
Why, and what I do with it
I use these details for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to work with you. I don't sell your data, and I don't add you to any marketing lists without you asking.
The services behind the scenes
- Formspree delivers the contact form to my inbox. Your message passes through and is stored by Formspree so it can be sent on. See Formspree's own privacy policy for details.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that stops spam bots abusing the form. Turnstile may set a cookie or read basic technical signals purely to tell humans from bots — it does not track you across other websites.
Analytics & cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics tracking. The only cookie that may be set is Turnstile's anti-spam check on the contact page. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to help you, and clear out old ones I no longer need. Ask me to delete your details at any time and I will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just get in touch and I'll sort it, free of charge.
